Real-time 3D technology has emerged as a powerful visualization and design tool, offering numerous advantages for multi-user collaboration in the AEC space. In this presentation, we explore the benefits of using game engine technology to facilitate remote design review sessions, discuss challenges we’ve encountered, and introduce our Visual Markup Experience (VMX) platform. We will show examples of how our firm has successfully employed real-time technology to simplify weekly catch-up meetings and facilitate more engaging project reviews and share insights from developing our own software platform.
